1. Orders Fulfilled by Printful
Our products are custom-made and printed on demand by Printful, our fulfillment partner.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- To file a claim, please email us at info@bddmaf.com with photos and a description of the issue.
- Printful generally does not require you to return the item.
- If your claim is approved, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.
2. Customer Change of Mind
- Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or decide you don’t want the product.
- If you receive an incorrect size or product due to our error, please contact us for a resolution.
3. Shipping Issues
- If a package is returned to Printful due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal, or undeliverable status, Printful will notify us.
- We will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.
